Our Story
Solara Event was founded in Antalya in 2023 by Selin Özyurt with a clear belief: meaningful events should never feel interchangeable.
Rather than repeating standard designs, Selin set out to create celebrations shaped by each client’s story, personal style and chosen setting. Her approach to concept design, décor and guest experience soon established the distinctive visual identity behind Solara.
In 2026, Berkan Özyurt joined the company, strengthening its project management, operations, business development and international client services.
Today, Solara brings together creative vision, structured planning and local expertise to deliver events that are both beautifully considered and confidently managed.

Founder — Concept & Design
Selin creates the visual world of each event, from the overall concept and colour palette to floral design, table styling and decorative details.
Her work begins with the people at the heart of the celebration. Every design is developed to reflect the client’s personality, complement the character of the venue and create a memorable atmosphere for their guests.
Berkan Özyurt
Operations & Business Development
Berkan manages project planning, budget frameworks, venue and supplier coordination, event-day operations and international client communication.
Having spent ten years studying and working in the United Kingdom, he brings an international perspective, clear communication style and structured approach to every Solara project.
By considering design and operations together from the beginning, we ensure that what looks beautiful in a presentation is also realistic, buildable and carefully delivered on the day.

We begin by understanding your priorities, guest count, preferred setting, budget and, most importantly, how you want the occasion to feel. From there, we develop a tailored concept supported by a clear and achievable operational plan.
Once the direction is approved, we bring the design, suppliers, production schedule, installation and event flow together within one coordinated process.
Our role is not simply to create a beautiful setting. It is to remove uncertainty, anticipate challenges and make sure you are free to enjoy the occasion without managing suppliers, answering operational questions or watching the clock.
